Dear sweet Chloe is now ready for a forever home to call her own. She is 3 1/2 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines and has a microchip. Chloe is a big girl who is currently on a diet, she needs to drop a few pounds in the worst kind of way, well really who doesn't right? Chloe is sweet, loving and wants all of your attention all the time. When you come home from being away make sure your feet are firmly planted, Chloe will body slam you in a blink of an eye. She is just very excited to see you! Previously she did not have too many rules or boundaries, in her foster home she has been learning the rules of the house. She can be very pushy and bossy so rules and boundaries were very necessary. She is a quick study, this girl can even open doors! She has lived with other dogs but she is not great with all dogs. We are not saying she cannot live with dogs but it must be the right dog or dogs in the home with her. So if you have other dogs in the home, we will need to see how they all do together with a meet and greet or two. She can be jealous of other dogs in the home, adopter should be dog savvy enough to know exactly how to handle jealously from Chloe. She loves her daily walks, she will even let you know if you are too slow getting the leash on her and out the door. She really does love getting out and about a few times a day for her walks. She has lived with children but because of her size and high energy level, we suggest no small children. Remember she body slams so she would probably body slam small children too. She loves her food so much she is possessive of it, she is currently fed separately to avoid conflict at meal times. Overall she is a great Berner who is looking for just the right family. She is being fostered in Highland California. We do not transport our Berners, adopter should plan to travel to pick Chloe up from her foster home. Her adoption fee is $450.00.
