Let me start with this: Yes, Wally (whose name may be changed later) is adorable, precious, future heart-breaker etc, BUT his foster is in the foster to adopt program. Look at Wally, how will his foster not adopt him? Anyway, Wally joined the BFWR family today. Let’s welcome him with open arms and say thank you to his foster for taking him in. Welcome to the new chapter of your life Wally.
